Planning and Material Controller

• OSM Manufacturing is seeking a talented Senior Production Planning and Material Controller to join.
• Inventory control and management will be the focus as a materials control analyst. He/She will be responsible for tracking inventory and maintaining consistency in material accuracy and quality.
• He/She must ensures a smooth flow of goods between a companys distribution chains and be involved in ensuring that a companys inventory and shipping needs are up to date.
• He/She coordinates the transfer of raw materials, parts and finished products between warehouse to production areas. Ensures material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare and monitor the material release from warehouse to material staging of production
• Make sure that inventory of production material staging is properly monitor and track.
• Tracking the material from input of production to become finished goods is properly monitored
• Tracking if there will be a Reject Materials during Production Process
• Maintain an Inventory Bin System to store materials in production material staging
• Control the Forms and documents use and input every day to have accurate
• Provide Production and Material Planning Controller an accurate inventory report of Production Material Staging and Production On hand Materials.
• Overall movement of all the materials should be Monitor.
• Perform inventory control tasks
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations
