- Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Provide accurate and updated information about the restaurant's food and beverage offerings, including availability and recommendations.
- Take guest orders with precision, repeat the order for accuracy, and communicate any special requests or allergies to the Chef.
- Stay attentive and proactive in addressing guests needs, including refills, additional orders, and inquiries.
- Upsell menu items and encourage repeat orders to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales.
- Adhere to health code standards for food and beverage handling.
- Verify that guest bills are settled appropriately by the cashier.
- Perform shift duties, including but not limited to: Delivering racks of cups to service stations, Rolling silverware, bus out, wiping tables, and moping the floor.
- Removing debris and ensuring the dining area remains clean and presentable.
- Complete closing tasks such as: Storing reusable goods, Breaking down set up, Cleaning equipment and dining areas.
