Position: Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operations- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members- Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement contingency plans as neededQualifications:- At least 2-3 years' of experience as Operations Manager in the BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry - At least Associate degree or Bachelors degree
