Job SummaryThe Accounting Analyst II will be responsible for supporting general accounting operations and financial reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting processes and business requirements.Responsibilities:The Accounting Analyst II is accountable for:Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget.Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports.Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline. Solves a range of routine problems.Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes.Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures.Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Accounting-related fieldAt least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or FinanceStrong understanding of accounting principesAbility to analyze and explain account balances beyond system-generated dataGood interpersonal skills; and ability to work with a diverse group of peopleStrong written and verbal communication skills.Must be independent yet a strong team playerAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
