Senior Graphic Designer

• Coordinate with 3D rendering vendors to produce photorealistic product images, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
• Review renderings, provide detailed feedback, and guide revisions to meet Swiss Madison's design standards.

• Execute image touch-ups, color corrections, and optimizations for both print and digital channels.
• Develop packaging designs that align with Swiss Madison's premium aesthetic and meet printing specifications.
• Design product feature sheets, sell sheets, and visual assets that clearly communicate key benefits and technical details.
• Maintain and update organized brand templates and asset libraries for efficiency.

• Uphold Swiss Madison's visual identity across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals.
• Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all assets are pixel-perfect and on brand.

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in consumer products, home design, or retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Ability to translate technical product information into visually engaging layouts.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear, constructive communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.

• Working knowledge of 3D rendering workflows - not to render yourself, but to direct and evaluate outputs effectively.
• Experience in bathroom fixtures, home improvement, or related industries.
• Familiarity with file management and project tracking tools (e.g., Monday, Dropbox, Asana, Trello).
