
Liaison Officer / Messenger - (Philippine-based)

- Conduct on-site visits to deliver and gather necessary information and documentation for screenings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and provide results and update on check progress.
- Other requirements assigned by supervisor (Ad-hoc tasks), i.e. preparation of Petty cash liquidation
- Managing time to visit entities assigned per area location to make a follow-up on the endorsed request
- Identify the main POC in charge of verification requests ensuring that the requests go to the right department
- Good driving skills and habits with professional driver’s license
- Has adequate comprehension skills to understand directions
- Respond quickly and competently to the customers and client requests
- Must be alert on the road, familiar in different areas in Manila and near provincial areas
- Possess professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Has a good command of English language, both verbal and written
- Highly trustworthy in handling fiduciary matters for bank deposits
- Has above average interpersonal skills to deal with office receptionists receiving packages or documents that he delivers
- At least with a Vocational Diploma; high school graduate with relevant experience is welcome to apply
- 90% of the time spent outside of the office – drives to and from to deliver or pick –up documents
- Day shift schedule
