Position Overview Major position responsibilities: Support department directors to perform and implement comprehensive quality management, identify and resolve issues affecting business outcomes, quality, and efficiency. Enhance operational quality and efficiency through drive end-to-end business operations management across the business unit. Monitor daily operations and ensure business rules are effectively established and implemented. Job Responsibilities: Strategic-to-Execution Operations Management: Support the effective planning, organization, and execution of key strategic meetings, monitor the regular meetings, and ensure operational alignment from strategy to implementation. Information Security Management: Identify and manage critical information assets, oversee their full lifecycle and ensure compliance with information security policies. Maintaining ISO27001 certification audits, handle security incident management and drive awareness through training, assessments. Documentation Lifecycle Management: Maintain internal policy documents, communicate with business units in a timely manner, ensuring their validity, timely updates, and effective published within the organization to ensure continuity of business policies. Process Operations and Risk Control: Support end-to-end process operations, including internal risk control and compliance management. Collaborate with functional leaders and departments including planning and coordinating key initiatives to ensure process integrity and proactively mitigate risks. External Quality Certifications: Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve and maintain ISO9001 certification through third-party external audits to assist business units in improving business competitiveness. Others key tasks: Participate in business transformation initiatives and respond proactively to evolving operational needs from various business units, promote continuous business improvement and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT operations or IT process management, Quality assurance or internal control, Certification audits or Strategic planning and cross-functional coordination Strong learning ability, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive thinker with a strategic mindset; able to plan ahead, summarize effectively, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
