- Proactively identify and pursue corporate clients, SMEs, and affinity groups who can benefit from Igloo's non-life insurance solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Build a healthy, active sales pipeline and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Product & Solution Selling
- Position Igloo's broad portfolio of non-life insurance products from multiple insurance partners to meet clients' diverse needs.
- Work closely with clients to tailor solutions, ensuring the best fit for their risk profiles and business goals.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the Philippine non-life insurance market.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and cross-selling.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Share market feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements.
- 5-7 years of proven success in non-life insurance sales/business development, ideally within a brokerage or agency context.
- Strong network and understanding of corporate insurance buying behaviors in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated track record of aggressively generating leads, closing complex B2B deals, and exceeding sales quotas.
- Expertise across multiple non-life insurance lines (e.g., property, casualty, motor, health, liability).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; insurance certifications (e.g., LOMA, licensure) are an advantage.
