Pitching to prospective Brand Partners and Negotiation of Commercial Terms Analyzes Data and proposes business development strategies Handles accreditation and documentation of Partner Brands Conducts Market Research to Identify New growth opportunities Liase with Internal Partners to Implement Marketing Strategies Collaborates with Product Team to conceptualize features and improve product offerings Training and Onboarding of Front-Line personnel Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course At least 5 years of related experience in the Financial Services Industry Highly Analytical and able to take on Data-Driven approaches to decision making Having In-depth knowledge of Digital and SME Lending is a plus Able to take ownership of multiple Projects and lead cross-functional teams Excellent Communication Skills Flexible and willing to work in a 'Start-up' setting Willing to travel or be assigned to different cities within Metro Manila or South Luzon
