Job Purpose: - Ensures proper documentation of systems policies and procedures. - Acts as Treasury System Administrator for new and existing Treasury, Bank/Financial institution systems. - Assists in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and procedures. - Manages and supervises 1 staff. Responsibilities - Set up and maintain the static data and list of values needed for the new/improved Treasury, Bank/Financial institution systems. - Prepares documentation of policies and procedures, as needed. - Provides support to Branch/Head Office Treasury issues and concerns. - Prepares monthly/quarterly/yearly report for management. - Processes government and bank related enrollments. Key Qualifications: - Graduate of any 4-year business course, Accounting preferred - At least 2 years managerial experience in retail and or related industry. - Up-to-date knowledge of system development and system documentation. - With extensive knowledge in MS Office and Digital Platforms
