The position is primarily responsible for assessing and monitoring IT controls to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and compliance requirements and also responsible for supporting audits, risk assessments, control testing, and policy implementation to mitigate IT risks Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts periodic IT control assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Monitors IT compliance programs and identifies risks in IT security controls. Contributes to the development of remediation plans. Assists in developing, implementing, and updating IT compliance policies and procedures. Implements IT controls to protect information assets and ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality. Supports IT risk assessments, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies. Keeps abreast with relevant laws and updated regulations to enhance the organization's... Gathers and analyzes evidence of control effectiveness during internal and external audits. Maintains documentation of IT controls, compliance activities, and audit findings. Tracks and ensures remediation of audit findings and compliance issues. Prepares reports and dashboards on IT compliance, audit findings, and risk assessments. Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or any related field With at least two (2) years of work experience with in-depth knowledge of IT Risk Management, Information Security and Governance, and IT/IS Audits Knowledgeable in ISO 31000, ISO 27002 and ISO 27002, NIST, COBIT, BSP Circulars on IT Risk Management and other related regulatory requirements, security standards and IT Governance frameworks Familiarity with security/vulnerabilities/data loss prevention technologies, software, and tools Willing to work onsite in Makati Show more Show less
