We are looking for Junior Innovation Officers - students or early-career professionals who want to be part of our mission while learning how to lead, innovate, and grow a social enterprise. This is not an internship and not a fellowship - it's a real role with real responsibilities, designed for those who want to own projects, bring new ideas to life, and gain field experience in community innovation. What You'll Do Lead or support projects from concept to execution. Pitch and develop ideas that can bring value to O1nnovations. Collaborate with the founders and team on product, research, and partnerships. Engage with partner communities, including on-site volunteer work in floating villages. Represent O1nnovations in forums, competitions, and conferences (based on performance). G12 Senior High School Students, University students or recent graduates (any field; innovation mindset valued most). Self-starters who thrive in fast-moving, resourceful environments.
