Work setup: Onsite
Work schedule: 6AM - 3PM (Manila Time)Financial/CommercialAssist with audit and compliance, including Sarbanes Oxley.CustomerEnsure all transactions from GL and intercompany are processed under Canon Finance Australia.Handle all queries quickly and professionally.ProcessComplete reconciliations on time each month.Identify and escalate any major issues during reconciliations.Work with F&A and other Canon staff to resolve reconciliation issues.Review and improve work processes and procedures.Participate in projects as needed.Ensure journals are completed on time each month.Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end reporting.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be amenable to a 12-month project-based contract.
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig.
- Must be open to working on an Australian schedule (6 AM - 3 PM).
