
Senior Account Executive

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Genesys product
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Genesys solutions
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in cloud-based
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel to other locations as the business requires
- Experience selling to or working with clients in Hospitality, Healthcare, or Retail
- Knowledge of contact center operations and customer experience technologies
- Familiarity with AI and automation concepts in business applications
- Understanding of workforce engagement management solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Able to communicate (written/verbal) and present in both English and Thai
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
