Lead the quality monitoring and compliance oversight for patient care representatives.
Audit documentation in Axxess EHR for accuracy, completeness, and HIPAA compliance.
Train and coach team members on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Coordinate with clinicians to address service delivery issues.
Escalate non-compliance or urgent quality concerns to management.RequirementsJob Requirements and Credentials:
High school diploma; certification in healthcare compliance or administration preferred.
2–3 years in healthcare quality, compliance, or administration; 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
Proficient in RingCentral and Axxess EHR.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
Reliable internet for remote work.
