- As an AU RTO Schools Administration Officer, you’ll be at the center of student program delivery — keeping everything aligned, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. From tracking progress to coordinating placements, your work ensures students stay supported and schools stay informed.
- You’re the steady hand that keeps programs on track — making sure nothing slips, deadlines are met, and every detail is where it needs to be.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and send weekly reports to partner schools.
- Identify and escalate at-risk students.
- Coordinate student work placements with schools and host organizations.
- Manage shared inbox enquiries and stakeholder communication.
- Support enrollments and general administrative processes.
- Maintain data accuracy across systems and reporting tools.
- 2+ years experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
- Experience managing schedules, reports, or workflows.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
- Experience handling shared inboxes and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the Australian RTO or VET sector.
- Familiarity with ASQA, AQF, or VET Quality Frameworks.
- Experience working with schools, training providers, or student programs.
- Exposure to work placement coordination or training logistics.
- Experience in compliance-driven or process improvement environments.
