Role Overview

  • As an AU RTO Schools Administration Officer, you’ll be at the center of student program delivery — keeping everything aligned, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. From tracking progress to coordinating placements, your work ensures students stay supported and schools stay informed.
  • You’re the steady hand that keeps programs on track — making sure nothing slips, deadlines are met, and every detail is where it needs to be.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and send weekly reports to partner schools.
  • Identify and escalate at-risk students.
  • Coordinate student work placements with schools and host organizations.
  • Manage shared inbox enquiries and stakeholder communication.
  • Support enrollments and general administrative processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and reporting tools.
Requirements Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • 2+ years experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
  • Experience managing schedules, reports, or workflows.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience handling shared inboxes and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Australian RTO or VET sector.
  • Familiarity with ASQA, AQF, or VET Quality Frameworks.
  • Experience working with schools, training providers, or student programs.
  • Exposure to work placement coordination or training logistics.
  • Experience in compliance-driven or process improvement environments.

Work Details
  • Work Setup: 100% Work from Home.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day-shift (AEST).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
