Natural creators and problem solves who love critical thinking. You will not be expected to get it right every time, but you will always be asked to justify your thinking,
Experience: ideally a degree or bootcamp related to engineering, computer science, etc. Professional experience is welcome but not essential.
Skills: ability to pass the FC engineering code test that successful applicants will be sent.
