
Senior Recruitment Program Coordinator (Dayshift)

- Assist hiring leaders, program team, and supplier partners during all stages of the contingent talent acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
- Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
- Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, and other partners via email, and phone/virtual calls.
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
- Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
- Support the program manager and program team in invoice management.
- Changes or amendments in the VMS (Beeline), such as cost center, hiring leader, budgets, etc.
- Monitor performance against contract SLAs (i.e., pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking).
- Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so the contractor can start assignments on time.
- 2 to 3 or more years in recruitment, staffing, administration, coordination, facilitator of vendor management processes, and/or MSP experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to documentation and follow-up skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail, organized, with proof of execution and great stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong determination to impact performance, with excellent time management, someone who is self-motivated and can persevere in a complex highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with an aptitude for administration and support, in addition to clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Someone who is determined & outgoing, yet professional, curious by nature, and yet understands the importance of adding value and partnership in recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skills.
- VMS or related systems/tools or someone who is an efficient learner and quick to pick up technologies, resources, and processes.
- Must be willing to work nightshift and hybrid work arrangement (office is based in Ortigas Pasig area)
