Role Overview:Assure that all production equipment is run at an optimized and sustainable rate and at maximum efficiency. Provide cement process expertise in the review and assessment of the different manufacturing processes (thermal, mechanical and maintenance) and CAPEX projects conceptualization as well as commissioning which will determine potential improvements that the plants will adopt to achieve manufacturing performance excellence. Train the plant staff to increase their competencies in the field of cement processes and technology. Assure best practice to attain an optimized and sustainable rate and at maximum efficiencyof all equipments. Lead Plant Process Team in order to achieve its objectives. Conduct review and assessments of the different manufacturing processes (thermal,mechanical and maintenance), in order to determine process deficiencies and proposeaction plans for improvement, i.e. achievement of plant KPI’s. Review project-engineering studies to provide state of the art technology, best practices,long term and cost effective concepts and solutions. Conduct lectures, training and orientation to plant process engineers, production engineersand process technicians on process related issues, equipment systems and technologiesas needed to transfer know-how. Support the preparation and evaluation of CAPEX justifications, studies, evaluation ofsupplier quotations and the analysis of return on investment. Promote the implementation of safety programs and ensure conformance to OH&Sprogram. Assist in the implementation and optimize usage of suitable AFR materials for theprocess. Manage resources to ensure understanding and compliance with environmentalregulations. Conduct analyses of TIS data and elaborate process optimization proposals togetherwith production manager. Ensure proper operation and effectiveness (parameter optimization) of the High LevelControl (HLC e. g. Linkman, mill master, etc.) Assist in establishing, maintaining and updating technical database and library forprojects and studies conducted in order to share the learning’s within the companythrough ICM library cards and ensure proper hand-over of completed projects.Qualifications Guidelines:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferably Mechanical and Chemical Engineering
Certified Process Performance Engineer (PPE)
Attended leadership seminar
At least ten (10) years in Cement Operation; 3 years experience in Cement Process Technology; 2 years supervisory function
Minimum of five (5) years in project management
