- Provide staff with the skills training to be able to provide value added service to guests
- Assist the S&L Manager by overseeing the implementation of planned Sports & Leisure activities to ensure that facilities, equipment, and services provided to guests are in accordance with standards.
- Consider safety as a primary concern in designining sports & leisure activities sfor guests
- Inspects and evaluate S&L facilities and equipment on a regulr basis
- Directly responsible for coordinating repari equipments nd maintenance problems with Engineering department and follows up on accomplishment
- Oversees actual implementation of all safety measures by all staff
- Coordinates with the medical staff prior to any group activity to ensure availability of back-up services during the activity
- Facilitates regular reorientation for the staff on rules and regulations
- Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Physical Education or any related course
- With at least 2 years of related work experience
- With valid trainings and certifcates related to Basic Life Supprt and Standard First Aid Training
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite in Boracay
