- Assist customers with fuel purchases, including filling vehicles and checking tire pressure.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Operate gas pumps safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and prevent spills.
- Monitor fuel levels and alert management when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft and fraud.
- Keep the gas station premises clean and organized.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Inspect and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Assist with inventory control of fuel and other products.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
