The Opportunity We are looking for a commercially minded, client-focused Record to Report (RTR) Manager with strong cash application and Accounts Receivables (AR) experience to join our growing FAAS team. This high-profile role sits within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the end-to-end AR cycle and experience in designing, implementing or transforming billing, collections, cash application and credit risk processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of AR services across a variety of clients, including design, transformation and/or outsourcing support of the AR process. Work with Partners, Directors, and senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across invoicing, credit management, collections, and cash applications. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and responsiveness to client needs. Oversee the design and implementation of project plans, including effective resource planning, risk mitigation and issue resolution. Support the development of internal frameworks and tools to standardize and enhance O2C service delivery within the FAAS team. Manage, coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and creating a collaborative team culture. Contribute to proposal writing, client presentations and business development activity. Collaborate with colleagues in the wider R2R team, as well as with our international GT network, to ensure alignment with global delivery models and insights. Skills & Experience Required Recognized finance or procurement qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent) desirable. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational environment withinR2R, AR or O2C roles, with at least 2 in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes-including collections, dispute management, and cash application-along with knowledge of R2R activities. Proven experience in process improvement, transformation, or shared services environments. Demonstrated success managing client engagements and project deliverables within scope, budget and timeline. Advanced systems expertise, particularly with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms; familiarity with tools supporting AR and reconciliation processes is adistinct advantage. Proficient in Excel and exposure to reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, supporting performance tracking, insights generation, and preparing client-readydocumentation.
