Responsibilities: Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff Main point of contact and escalation of the client Liaison to Operations on any client demand or communication Liaising with different departments about client queries, including recruitment, training, IT and Facilities Inspiring repeat business from clients Ensuring client satisfaction is a priority in every interaction Offering advice to clients on services and products Qualifications: Experience in Account Management (Telco) is required Should work onsite in Tacloban Strong communication skills both oral and written Preferably those with Strong Background with Operations and Client Engagements Ability to meet deadlines Calm, polite, and professional behavior Reliable and self-motivated General business knowledge High service orientation
