- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients after a sales handoff.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process from contract signing to first successful work order submission.
- Provide product training via Zoom, phone, and in-person sessions (where applicable).
- Customize onboarding sessions based on the client’s needs (REO agents, banks, property managers).
- Create and maintain onboarding resources (guides, video tutorials, FAQs).
- Monitor early client activity to ensure adoption of the platform and identify any roadblocks.
- Work closely with Sales, Vendor Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Gather feedback to improve training materials and the onboarding process.
- Provide light technical support for portal-related questions during the onboarding phase.
- 2+ years in a client-facing role such as onboarding, account management, or training.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with web-based platforms and able to teach others how to use them.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or service industries is a plus.
- Proficient in Zoom, CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred), and Google Workspace.
