Handle maintenance and update up to level 2 requests from the ticketing system
Assist in the development of simple dashboards or visualizations to communicate key data points effectively
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to data analysis and reporting activities

Data Gathering & Maintenance:

Gather and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems
Data Maintenance: Perform basic data cleaning and deduplication tasks
Identify and resolve minor data inconsistencies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Create and maintain reports using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic reporting tools
Utilize intermediate Excel/Google Sheets functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) for data analysis
Create basic charts and graphs (bar charts, pie charts, line graphs) to visualize data
Prepare and present data findings in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field
0-1 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
Strong skills in basic Excel functions (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic charts)
Familiarity with Google Sheets, including the Query function
Basic data cleaning, deduplication, and validation skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Good verbal and written English skills
Ability to identify and resolve basic data-related issues
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
