Salary Range: A$4,000 OTE/monthWe're seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our established recruitment agency and drive operational excellence across our client delivery and candidate experience. You'll be working directly with our founding team to optimise our end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client briefings through to candidate onboarding.This role involves managing high-value client relationships across multiple sectors while implementing systems that scale our operations effectively.You'll have full autonomy to shape how we deliver recruitment services and will be instrumental in establishing best practices that our growing team can follow.Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in offshore talent placement or agency staffing
- Experience with ATSs and recruitment automation tools
- Strong understanding of Western business communication standards and remote work best practices
- Expertise in candidate assessment methodologies and performance-based hiring
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for international employment arrangements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
