Job Description: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Setup of welders, machine and trouble shoot minor setup problems. . 6S activities pre- and post-shift either manual or semi-automatic. . Can perform process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling test) as per spec procedures task and/or responsibility. . Computer transaction regarding the details of his/her compelled station . Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts . Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria . Perform other tasks as needed. Follows and complies with all normal duties and responsibilities, system procedure, flow and standard of operation. . Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety, quality and/or output during his/her shift Requirements/Qualifications: . Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail . Prior success working both individually and in a team environment . Good written and verbal communication skills . Ability to follow written and verbal direction . Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications . Excellent listening skills . Adaptability to frequent change and improvements .
