- Consolidate and refine training modules and materials
- Review and update WIPE Out OSAEC Basic and Advanced training materials
- Interview trainers and past trainees and integrate their lessons learned
- Develop the Trainers’ Manual
- Prepare a Trainer’s Guide
- Develop standardized slide decks and suggested visual aids
- Design training objectives, learning activities, case studies, and assessment tools (pre/post-tests, evaluation forms)
- Create quality assurance checklists for trainers and host institutions
- Prepare implementation guidance note
- Develop an implementation note outlining minimum standards for roll-out, including but not limited to trainers competencies, target participants and prerequisites, recommended class size, duration, and modality (in-person, online, blended), basic monitoring and evaluation requirements, etc.
- Finalize outputs
- Incorporate feedback and ensure outputs are user-friendly, gender-responsive, child-sensitive, and trauma-informed
- Master’s degree in law, public administration, education, development, or other relevant field or 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in child protection, OSAEC-CSAEM response, or other relevant justice sector work.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in training design, curriculum development, or capacity-building.
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies, gender and social inclusion, and trauma-informed and survivor-centered approaches.
- Experience working with justice sector institutions or government agencies is an advantage.
- Excellent writing, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino are required.
- Strong facilitation and adult learning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design interactive and practical training programs for justice actors.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
