To maintain our sustainable growth process, we are looking to fill a permanent position as PV Solar Project Manager (m/f/x) Your Tasks Managing and assisting in projects as technical expert (due diligence), owner's engineer, and lender's technical advisor. Providing support in all project phases (feasibility study, tendering, construction supervision, acceptance, and operation). Providing professional consultancy to our clients predominantly on PV and PV-hybrid projects in ASEAN countries (and worldwide). Collaborating with external and internal project partners. Follow up on the project milestones and budgets to ensure timely client submittals. Oversee the works of local and foreign subcontractors and organize and attend coordination meetings. Performing site visits in different project phases (e.g. initial assessment, construction monitoring, commissioning, and operation). Prepare energy yield assessments (EYA's). Participate in business development activities to promote the company&aposs brand and services. Should possess an extensive network and strong connections to facilitate the successful execution of projects. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (electrical engineering or similar) with at least eight years of professional experience in the field of large-scale PV systems. Experience as a consulting engineer or in project development is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PVSyst is a must. Experience with other software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB) would be an advantage. Experience in the field of electrical storage systems would also be an advantage. Experience in the solar sector in ASEAN countries and/or internationally, including detailed design review, yield projections, optimization, and battery & storage topics. Working knowledge of solar equipment, such as PV modules, inverters, transformers, etc. Working knowledge of grid connection requirements and regulations in ASEAN Countries. Any international know-how is a plus. As an experienced engineer, open and friendly interaction with clients and project partners from different cultural backgrounds comes naturally to you. Willingness to travel as part of project work in ASEAN countries and other countries beyond the region. Excellent knowledge of English in writing, speaking, and listening is a must (candidates will have interviews in English).
