Proactively manages company & customers projects timelines, approval etc.
Prepares contact reports to document agreements with clients and communications with account director on status/issues.
Maintain companys clients file for all projects assigned.
Responsible for communicating to the account team the clients project objectives, strategy, budget and service requirements.
Prepare costing, proposals and plans
Monitor project from concept to final delivery.
Monitor quality, deadlines & budget parameter.
Attend project review meetings and creative brainstorming meeting.
