- Help in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Prepare and update HR-related documents, forms, and reports.
- Handle basic HR inquiries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Hands-on HR experience in a professional work environment.
