- Produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Develop platform-specific content strategies
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling content
- Design or collaborate with designers on carousels, graphics, and visual posts
- Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand identity
- Stay ahead of social trends and adapt them creatively
- Optimise content for each platform’s algorithm
- Respond to comments and DMs in line with brand voice
- Encourage engagement through strong calls-to-action
- Build and nurture online communities
- Establish brand authority and personality
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, or growth
- Plan and launch paid campaigns aligned to client business objectives
- Define audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies
- Build structured conversion funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion)
- Manage campaigns across:
- Monitor KPIs daily (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing (creative, copy, audience, placements)
- Scale high-performing campaigns
- Reduce wasted ad spend
- Continuously improve conversion rates
- Track conversion events, pixels, and attribution
- Analyse campaign and organic performance
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports
- Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Forecast performance and expected returns
- Identify revenue growth opportunities for clients and the agency
- Work closely with Creative Director & Design team to elevate content quality
- Collaborate with account managers on client strategy
- Align with client sales teams on lead quality
- Provide strategic recommendations proactively
- 3–5+ years in social media management and paid media buying
- Strong content creation and video editing skills
- Advanced understanding of paid social advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
- A/B testing and optimisation expertise
- Budget forecasting and revenue modelling capability
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics
- Quality and consistency of content
- Organic growth (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate
