Assisting with budgeting processes and preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.ROLE PURPOSEProcessing, analysing and reporting of financial transactions and information. Preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to the development of team’s business plan in order to maximize productivity and performance.Ensure all processes conducted are documented in a standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion.Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures.Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.Establish and maintain an efficient, effective relationship between Regional Finance and GSSC Finance staff, with a particular emphasis on maintaining clean reconciliations of accounts.Assist with statutory accounts in accordance with Corporations Law and Accounting standards.Assist with Quarterly QBE Group reporting packs in accordance with Accounting standards and group reporting instructions.Assist with other regular or ad hoc financial or regulatory reports, as required (i.e. Annual Financial Statements, Tax Returns and Blackline Recs)Complete quarterly tax effects accounting calculations and Tax reports including HTP, ITR, BAS, PAYGI (Pay As You Go Installment) for final review / sign-off by the Taxation ManagerPerform 1st Level / peer review of workingsROLE PURPOSEProcessing, analysing and reporting of financial transactions and information.
