Through live seminars, digital content, and mentorship, his platform helps individuals and organizations unlock potential and create lasting impact.Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines and South America (Full-time, Fully Remote)Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Tackle customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Resolve account, order, and troubleshooting issues with empathy.
  • Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
  • Keep CRM and support tools updated with accurate records.
  • Spot recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, chat, ticketing).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Empathetic and professional — you make people feel heard.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly reliable.
  • Remote-ready: Slack, Zoom, Notion, CRMs.
  • Familiarity with David Ghiyam’s content — ideally aligned with or fans of his work.
  • Bonus points if you’ve supported coaches, educators, or content-driven businesses.
