We are known for our solid experience in recruitment, sourcing, and selection of talent across different levels and functions.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin-speaking Project and Business Development Head on behalf of our client in the renewable energy industry.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in power systems or power storage, coupled with a proven track record in project development and business expansion within the renewable energy sector.Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential projects and business opportunities in alignment with company goals and market trends.
Forge and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential subcontractors, local electrical corporations, and government entities.
Oversee all aspects of project development, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in project and business development within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on power systems or power storage.
Proven ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout all stages of project development.
Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive successful outcomes.
Experience in power generation or distribution is advantageous.
Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
