Accounting/finance Manager

• IPM Realty and Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City. In this fulltime role, you will oversee the company's financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and statements. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic growth and direction of our real estate development business.
• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, statements, and analyses for management and external stakeholders
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the accounting team, promoting professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements
