- Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or live chat to provide problem resolution.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, finding solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to established company processes and procedures related to customer service, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Atleast 1-year of experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
- Experience in google suite applications such as google sheets or other ticketing systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite.
- Ability to speak in Bisaya language is a plus.
