We are looking for an Analyst II – Software Asset Management (SAM) to support and administer activities within the Risk SAM team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records and databases related to software licenses, warranties, and service agreements.Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage records related to software licenses, warranties, and service agreements
Support software asset tracking and ensure compliance with licensing and entitlement requirements
Assist in maintaining SAM processes, including reporting and ad-hoc research
Ensure all software purchase requests and entitlement records are properly documented and submitted
Provide administrative support for SAM-related financial processes such as:

Purchase order processing
Credit card reconciliation
Cost center coding
Respond to user queries related to SAM activities
Update and manage tickets in the TopDesk system
Work with the SAM team to troubleshoot and reconcile asset management issues
Review licenses and contracts to ensure proper coverage and documentation
Coordinate with procurement and vendors when necessary
Contribute to process improvements to enhance SAM efficiency and compliance
Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

Work under moderate supervision while supporting day-to-day SAM operations
Solve routine operational issues using standard procedures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support software asset strategies
Help drive compliance and standardization across SAM processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Procurement, Operations, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Business or Technology (preferably ITAM/SAM/HAM)
Basic understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Familiarity with financial systems and operational tools
Experience with enterprise systems such as SNOW, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Ariba is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Basic understanding of IT contracts
