- Provide HR administrative back-office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions.
- Support the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers, and staff within the organization.
- Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
- Performs and facilitates relevant HRMS entry and data validation for managers, Local HR, employees, and 3rd party vendor.
- Maintains data integrity in HRMS and offline trackers for stakeholders’ use.
- Keeps employee personal records and information, retrieval, filing and reporting.
- Monitors claims status and key actions/information of the claim application until resolution.
- Coordination of claims status to stakeholders such as managers, Local HR, employees, and 3rd party vendor.
- Handles leave management queries based on SLA.
- Contributes to the development of business process documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- Drives internal employee engagement activities.
- Assists HRS projects and programs as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions.
- Strong attention to details.
- With strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Must be willing to work on night shift.
- Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
- Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS, Case System, Outlook Shared Mailbox, Microsoft Applications, etc.).
