One of our clients, is a global provider of digital content, retail support, and technology solutions primarily focused on the publishing and retail industries is seeking an experience and detail oriented HRBP-Manager based in Cebu, Philippines. They manage end-to-end publishing processes, offer analytics, and provide retail support services, aiming to help clients improve competitiveness and efficiency. They operates globally with locations in the US, UK, Germany, Philippines, and India, serving large publishers and retailers. Experience - 5-8 years Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews. Share the onboarding and offboarding MIS to India LD HR team every 12th and 26th of the month. Preparing first draft of policies for employees from local perspective. Prepare and process employment contracts, movement notices, and certificate requests (e.g., COE, NBI letters). Maintain and update employee records and 201 files in compliance with local labour laws. Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, and adjustments with the payroll team Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HDMF) and ensure timely reporting and compliance. Track and monitor employee leave balances and attendance issues using HRIS or manual systems. Assist in HR reporting, such as headcount reports and attrition analysis. Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Prepare Government notifications related to holidays, calamities or general updates in the region impacting business - Assist in disciplinary documentation, memo issuance, and due process compliance.
