Setting up submissions in the agency systems system for each policy for renewal Going into the insurance carriers database retrieving the renewal and then sending it out to the retail agent. Rolling the policy and putting it into a status for follow up purposes. Liaising with insurance companies to get the renewals on the renewals that are available online via email. Once renewal is received send it out to the retail Drawing up proposals for endurance and accredited quotes or other carriers dependent on where the renewal was marketed. Normally they don't get marketed all that often. Not an often occurrence maybe 5 per month at best CEO can also market if the employee is not proficient in marketing the account initially until we can train them to learn how to do it. Take bind requests from agents and binding policies and sending them to accounting for processing purposes 2 days per week Assisting CEO in submitting submission to carriers and setting up applications using the insurance companies databases and submitting and getting quotes for CEO.
