JOB OBJECTIVES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. To enforce and maintain outstanding customer servicea. Welcomes and entertains patients in the reception area by ensuring that the reception is clean and neat at all times. She is also responsible in attending to the patients needs while they wait in the reception area.b. Develop rapport with the patients and build a strong relationship with them.2. To provide proper coordination between the patients and doctorsa. Schedules and confirms appointments,b. Reminds patients of their next treatment schedule,c. Recalls patients regularly to sustain active and long lasting customer relationshipd. Liaises with the Customer Relations Manager to resolve customer complaints, concerns and VIP Handling.3. To generate or accommodate more patients and potential high value cases for the clinica. To be able to invite customer to be our patients (to be able to convert inquiries to bookings)4. Promote our clinics, doctors and servicesa. To be able to actively promote our clinics, doctors and services by recommending available treatment schedules, being aware of the strengths of their doctors, etcb. To be aware of ongoing marketing promotions and corporate partners.5. Administratively supports the clinics needsa. Reportsi. Prepares accurate reports regularly as directed for submission to the Managementb. Cash Managementi. Process billings and documents of patients.ii. Acts as Petty Cash and Change Fund Custodianiii. Ensure that cash sales are deposited as per the policyc. Security & Privacyi. Informs the management for any irregularity encountered or observed in the clinicii. Safeguards patients privacy and confidentialityiii. Protects the confidentiality of information learned about the company6. Performs other duties not specified above from time to time to fulfill operational needs
