About the role The Financial Controls Associate Manager is responsible for the following tasks: Assist the Financial Controller in providing advice, guidance, and direction for a strategic approach to address the key day-to-day finance-related operations of GoTyme. Assist in the conduct and preparation of statutory audits, including follow-through of finance action items. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders Provide internal stakeholders with accounting-related advice on accounting standards, generally accepted accounting principles, and regulations in relation to recording and reporting transactions. Assist in the development and implementation of the balance sheet controls, including but not limited to reconciliations, substantiation, and exception monitoring. Must haves A bachelor&aposs degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, preferably a CPA Capable of engaging with multiple levels of seniority within the organization. A strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and their application to a highly regulated institution.
