Responsible to monitor, assess, fix and upgrade system and application issues so that systems function uninterruptedly. Provide comprehensive technical support to all company employees, addressing software and hardware-related inquiries and issues Conduct regular preventive maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to mitigate potential errors or failures Investigate and troubleshoot hardware problems, including computers, printers, and all network-connected digital systems. Participate in the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects within the company. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in system support or similar roles is an advantage Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Strong technical support skills with the ability to handle software and hardware-related issues Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Willing to work six (6) days a week Open to fresh graduates who can speak Mandarin Willing to be assigned onsite at Upper McKinley, Taguig
