This includes recruiting, training, and developing team members.- Sales Performance & Strategy: Track and analyze sales results, identify improvement areas, and create strategies to boost profitability and meet business goals. This may involve setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing performance reports.- Customer Service & Operations: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, provides expert travel advice, and offers tailored solutions, while effectively handling and resolving issues or complaints.- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of goals.
