We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to oversee the 24/7 operation of our network and systems infrastructure in a high-availability, high-security financial environment. The NOC Manager will lead a team of network engineers and analysts to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure, providing uninterrupted support for critical financial services and applications.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of NOC engineers, analysts, and support staff across multiple shifts.Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.Maintain a 24x7 staffing schedule to ensure continuous monitoring and response coverage.Operations ManagementOversee real-time monitoring, incident response, and escalations for network, server, and application systems.Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures and runbooks.Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, procedures, and incident reports.Incident and Problem ManagementEnsure timely detection, escalation, and resolution of incidents affecting critical services.Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident management and service outages.Network and Infrastructure OversightMonitor the performance and availability of financial systems, including trading platforms, payment systems, and internal applications.Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, and application teams to maintain compliance with security and regulatory requirements.Lead efforts to automate alerting, reporting, and remediation workflows where appropriate.Compliance and ReportingEnsure adherence to industry regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX, FFIEC, and internal policies.Prepare and present operational reports, including KPIs, SLAs, incident metrics, and system health summaries to senior management.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, including at least 3 years in a NOC leadership role.Previous experience in the financial services or fintech industry is required.Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, etc.), firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, or similar.Experience with SIEM platforms and integrating NOC with SOC operations.Knowledge of high-availability environments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity.Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis management skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities under pressure.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Preferred CertificationsITIL Foundation or higherCisco (CCNP or CCIE)AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or equivalentCompTIA Network+ or Security+Working ConditionsMay require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work to support 24x7 operationsOn-call availability as needed2-4 times monthly on-site workWhy Join Us:Be part of a mission-critical team supporting secure, real-time financial services.Work in a dynamic, regulated environment where stability and innovation coexist.Competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.#LI-KA2 #LI-HybridWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
