🚨 Now Hiring: Salesforce AdministratorThe OpportunityIn this role, you’ll work closely with the Salesforce Administrator to create and streamline sales workflows, enhance data accuracy, and support teams across multiple time zones. You’ll also help implement automation and AI-driven solutions, ensuring the sales organization runs efficiently and effectively.What We're Looking For
  • Salesforce workflow and flow building: creating new flows, updating complex workflows, and designing logical automation
  • Salesforce reports and dashboards creation from scratch, with solid understanding of filtering, grouping, and logic
  • Skilled in maintaining data accuracy and management in Salesforce, including mass updates using tools like Dataloader.io
  • Proficient in building Salesforce custom reports and using mass update tools (Dataloader.io or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in or align with PST time zone
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs for cross-functional use
What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Sales Operations Manager by assisting with operational projects, troubleshooting sales processes, and improving workflow efficiency
  • Manage Salesforce tasks including custom reporting, bulk record updates, and maintaining data accuracy
  • Serve as a real-time resource during PST hours to respond to sales operations requests from West Coast and APAC teams
  • Create and maintain clear, standardized documentation (e.g., SOPs) for sales ops workflows
  • Assist in executing Go-To-Market (GTM) automation strategies to reduce manual work and improve sales efficiency
  • Learn and support the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Rattle) with technical troubleshooting and user support
  • Maintain sales data hygiene and proactively resolve pipeline and forecasting discrepancies
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with GTM automation tools and strategies
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered sales tools
  • Prior experience supporting sales or revenue operations teams in a tech/SaaS environment
