Job Description :We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives to manage inbound inquiries and structured follow-ups. This is not a cold-calling position. All leads originate from customers who have expressed interest in our services. The primary objective of the role is to convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings through clear communication, accurate quoting, disciplined follow-up, and a professional customer experience. Representatives are also expected to upsell packing, cleaning, and add-on services to maximize revenue per booking.Core Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and online inquiries.
  • Prepare and present accurate service quotations aligned with operational pricing guidelines.
  • Conduct structured follow-ups: minimum of 3 follow-ups per lead per day for up to 7 days, unless declined or scheduled otherwise.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records within the company CRM system.
  • Deliver a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and account managers to improve sales performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on lead progression, booking status, and conversion metrics.
  • Proactively upsell additional services (packing, cleaning, storage, etc.) to increase revenue per booking.
Requirements
  • Proven 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within call center, BPO, or service-based industries.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and inbound closing ability.
  • Comfortable working within structured KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Ability to upsell and maximize revenue per booking.
  • Comfortable using CRM and VoIP systems (training provided where required).
  • Self-disciplined, performance-driven, and customer-focused.
