- Conversion-Focused Web Design: Design high-impact landing pages, collection banners, and promotional assets. You will proactively propose UI/UX improvements (navigation, footers, layout) to enhance the user journey and site performance.
- Multi-Channel Ad Creative: Produce high-performing static and video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You will use performance data and A/B testing results to iterate on designs and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Educational & Technical Visuals: Distil complex drone specs and workflows into easy-to-understand infographics, diagrams, and e-learning materials that support our educational outreach.
- For infographics and visuals, there is someone on the team who will guide the newly hired candidate. An understanding of drones is a huge plus for the role.
- Brand Stewardship & Asset Management: Maintain absolute visual consistency across all touchpoints. You will manage our digital asset library, ensuring all team members have access to optimized, up-to-date brand materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the SEO and Content teams to integrate high-quality visuals into blogs and site updates, ensuring all creatives align with broader marketing objectives.
- Overall, the candidate will spend most of their time on Ads, Website Design, and Technical Visuals.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team.
- At least 3 Years of Digital Design Experience: A proven track record in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Working in E-commerce, Tech, or Drone Industry is Advantageous.
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Video Editing Chops: Strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You should be able to take raw footage and turn it into a professional, "punchy" marketing asset.
- UI/UX Literacy: A solid understanding of web design principles. You should know how to design for "the fold," mobile responsiveness, and clear user flows.
- The "Drone" Lens: An interest in (or willingness to learn) the technical side of the UAS industry. You must be able to tell the difference between a consumer drone and an enterprise thermal unit in your designs.
- Experience in design and UI/UX is the top priority, with video production considered a secondary skill.
- Familiarity with data-driven design (A/B testing, ROAS) is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing sample designs such as ads, website imagery, or other relevant design work.
