The Senior Payroll Specialist will serve as a key point of contact in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and invoicing services for our clients across Asia. This role ensures operational excellence and high-level client satisfaction through proactive communication, reporting, and process management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll or operations, preferably in a shared services or outsourcing environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tight deadlines. Experience working directly with clients or supporting external stakeholders is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage the accurate and timely processing of client timesheets, invoices, and contractor payroll in line with agreed schedules and service level agreements (SLAs). Prepare, distribute, and reconcile client invoices and payroll reports, ensuring compliance with statutory and client requirements. Handle statutory payments, benefits, and remittances (e.g. tax, insurance, and other government-mandated contributions) accurately and on time. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for clients and management, including monthly revenue reports and year-end tax activities. Manage client queries related to invoices and payroll promptly via email, calls, or meetings, ensuring a smooth client experience. Liaise with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and updates of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals. Support system upgrades, testing, and special projects, providing accurate input and assisting with implementation as required.
